Terms

Last updated 29 August 2026. These terms are between you and jax & Noah Studios Inc, operating Back on Maps.

The service

The diagnosis form is free. There is no card on that form. If we take the file, you may buy an Evidence Packet (CA$129 plus GST) or Done-for-you appeal (CA$497 plus GST). Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is through Stripe.

What we are not

Back on Maps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google. We prepare packets. Google decides. We do not guarantee reinstatement. A listing that comes back is not a return to previous map rank, reviews visibility, or pack position.

Who we refuse

We do not take vape or tobacco, online-only e-commerce, lead generation, vacation rentals, virtual offices or PO Boxes, or accounts with 10 or more banned listings. If we refuse, you owe nothing.

What you get

The Packet is a document set you file yourself. Done-for-you means we prepare and file the appeal as described after you pay. If we have already delivered the Packet or filed the appeal, that work is not refundable. If we accept payment and then cannot take the file, we refund you.

Your job

You must send true information and documents you are allowed to share. You remain responsible for your Google account and for what is filed in your name.

Law
